The tallest MP ever

It is wonderful what you find when you are surfing the net looking for something else. If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will come across the claim that the:
Tallest MP was Sir Louis Gluckstein who represented Nottingham East between 1931 and 1945 was over 6ft 7inches tall.
Lord Bonkers writes: He captained the parliamentary basketball for many years and was frequently employed by the Searjeant at Arms to reach things down from high shelves.
