Roger Crouch to be Lib Dem candidate in the Feltham & Heston by-election
The parliamentary by-election where? Do they matter any more?
A question to consider: when was the last parliamentary by-election worth following? A by-election has to interest people, not political wonks. By-elections used to be where Liberals discovered potentials and parties fought them aggressively, but I think no more. The post-Phil Woolas by-election was a freak.
