Iain Sinclair on waywardness, writing and place

While I was in Shropshire last week making my own psychogeographical investigations, Iain Sinclair was speaking at De Monfort University in Leicester.

The Leicester Centre for Creative Writing blog says:
We’re delighted to have had Iain Sinclair up at De Montfort University talking about — amongst other things — walking, waywardness, madness and creeping privatisation of the landscape. Iain was a wonderful, generous-spirited guest, and it was a fascinating talk.
We’re very fortunate that the wonderful Ambrose Musiyiwa from Civic Leicester was on hand to record much of what went on. Here’s the Youtube video of Iain talking about his book London Orbital, for those who are interested. This was the second in our season of three talks. Coming up on the 12th June is our final talk with Sara Maitland.
